Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days.
For the purchase of goods: The period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
For rental agreements for devices (router rental): The period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
For services (e.g., installation): The period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact details see below) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in time before the cancellation period expires.
3. Return of Goods (Purchase or Rental)
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of cancellation.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Note on router rental:
If you have requested that the rental service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the rental period already used up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total scope of the rental period provided for in the contract.
4. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for contracts
for services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service and only began the performance after the consumer expressly agreed and at the same time confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur;
for goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, if we have begun the performance after you have expressly agreed and confirmed your knowledge of losing the right of withdrawal.
Note: For already shipped or used rental routers, the right of withdrawal generally continues to exist; however, compensation for value and a pro-rata remuneration for the rental service already rendered may be incurred (see Section 3).
