📦 Shipping & Payment Terms
1. Scope of Application
These shipping and payment terms apply to all orders and rental agreements concluded through the RouterPro online shop (routerpro.de) between the provider RouterPro – Ahmet Kirik and the customer.
2. Shipping Methods, Shipping Providers, and Delivery Times
Shipping Provider (current): We currently ship with DHL.
Future Providers: The provider reserves the right to use additional shipping providers (e.g., UPS, DPD) in the future. This information is preliminary and will only be shown as available on the website after activation.
Delivery Times: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, shipping takes place within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (for immediate payment) or after order confirmation. For rental devices, the delivery time applies from the start of the contract or handover.
Partial Deliveries: We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer. Multiple partial deliveries will not be charged additionally, unless otherwise specified.
Delays: Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. In case of unexpected delays, we will inform you immediately. We assume no liability for failures or delays beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, strikes, failures by shipping providers).
3. Shipping Costs & Returns
Shipping Costs: The customer generally bears the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the product description. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in the order process before completing the order.
Return Shipping Costs after Contract End (Rental Devices): The provider covers the return shipping costs after the regular contract end, unless a different arrangement is specified by the provider in the return process.
Damaged Delivery: Please check the goods upon receipt and report any visible transport damage immediately to the delivery person and additionally to us without delay (contact details in the imprint). Please report non-visible damage within 7 days of receipt.
4. Delivery to Other Countries
Currently, we deliver within Germany (domestic). Deliveries to other countries are only possible by prior individual arrangement. Any additional shipping and customs costs are borne by the customer.
5. Delivery Delay / Non-Collection
If the customer defaults on acceptance or fails to accept the delivery despite it being due, the provider is entitled to assert further claims (e.g., storage costs, replacement delivery costs). Before asserting such claims, the provider will usually warn the customer and request acceptance.
6. Payment Methods
The provider currently accepts the following payment methods:
PayPal
Klarna (if offered)
Stripe / Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, possibly others in checkout)
Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available in checkout)
SEPA Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Note on Future Payment Methods: Additional payment methods may be offered in the future. Such changes will be updated in the checkout and on this page.
7. Prices, Taxes, and Invoicing
Currency: All prices are stated in Euro (EUR).
VAT: All prices include statutory value-added tax (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Invoices: You will receive an invoice with VAT shown in electronic form via email. We retain documents subject to invoicing according to statutory retention periods.
8. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
Payments via third parties (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Klarna) are processed through the respective providers; RouterPro does not have direct access to your complete payment data (e.g., card numbers).
We employ industry-standard security measures (e.g., SSL encryption in the checkout).
To prevent fraud and mitigate risks, we reserve the right to refuse orders based on indications of misuse, incomplete identity information, or other risks, or to make them dependent on an additional identity verification.
9. Refunds and Credits
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or after cancellation, unless otherwise agreed.
For refunds, we use the payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Replacement Delivery
The customer can cancel orders before shipping / handover. After shipping, cancellations are only possible by returning the goods.
In case of defects, you have statutory warranty rights. For rental devices, the provider primarily offers exchange or repair in case of a fault; if not possible, a pro-rata rental fee refund may be issued.
11. Right of Withdrawal / Right of Rescission
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal and the sample withdrawal form can be found in our Withdrawal Policy (insert link to withdrawal page). Please note in particular the exceptions to withdrawal for services and already used rental devices.
12. Restrictions / Prohibited Uses
The customer undertakes not to carry out any unlawful activities when using rental devices (e.g., hacking, distribution of illegal content). The customer alone is liable for damages or legal consequences resulting from unlawful use.
Illegal services are neither offered nor supported by the provider. Any request or expectation to enable unlawful acts will be rejected.
13. Amendment of Shipping & Payment Terms
The provider reserves the right to amend these shipping and payment terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website. For orders already placed, the terms valid at the time of contract conclusion apply.
